Shipping, Return, and Pricing Policies
TheClassroomStore.com may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Shipping Policy
Our central Pennsylvania warehouse is open to ship stock items M-F. We ship most orders UPS Ground with a five day delivery guarantee from date of shipping. Non-stock or out-of-stock items may take longer to arrive.
For stock orders, we will send you a tracking number via email at the end of the day that your order ships.
We reserve the right to bill you if you elect delivery services beyond UPS Ground such as lift-gate or inside delivery.
We cannot ship to a PO Box.

US Shipping Only
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.
Shipping Outside Continental US
Shipping charges for shipments outside of the continental US will be added to your order total after we determine the best route. We will get in touch with you to let you know the order total before billing your card.
Purchase Orders and Tax-Exemptions
We are able to enter a school purchase order and waive sales tax with a proper tax exemption form. Please email us at service@theclassroomstore.com with your purchase order and/or certificate. We cannot accept a purchase order directly through the site at this time.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at service@theclassroomstore.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be required to cover any cost of return shipping unless it's our error. Electronics, unless defective, are not returnable.
Shipments must be inspected and any damage or potential damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
Pricing
Standard pricing is subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for typos and errors found on the site, and we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund payment in the event of a typographical error.
Furniture and Equipment
Furniture and equipment items offered for sale on our site will display actual shipping charges during checkout. We will contact you if we need your input regarding the color of your product, its sizing, or other details.
We reserve the right to bill you for any fees associated with delivery of large shipments to a residential location. We will get in touch with you in that scenario before shipping. We also reserve the right to bill you for any add-on charges associated with delivery elected by you, such as inside delivery or lift-gate charges.
We do not stock our furniture and equipment products, but ship them directly from our manufacturers. As such, longer lead times apply. Please contact us at service@theclassroomstore.com for a shipping estimate.
Returns on furniture and equipment are subject to the manufacturers return policy. Most manufacturers will accept returns if the original packaging is unopened. You will be responsible for any restocking fees levied by the manufacturer, as well as original and return shipping charges. Please note that some manufacturers will not accept returns under any circumstances.
